Guidelines: When posting a new story, please select the category that best relates to the subject matter of your topic. Redundant topics are not allowed and are considered spam. Our members represent a wide variety of religious and spiritual people. When commenting on articles please respect the opinions and beliefs of others. Please approach such encounters with tolerance and an acceptance of others faiths and beliefs. In fact, please only comment if you have a positive word to say!

Posting Guidelines: When posting a new story do not use the CAPS lock. It is hard to read and is considered yelling. When replying in an existing article it is fine to use CAPS or bold to highlight main points.

Language: Any foul or hostile language used will not be tolerated. This includes any derogatory statements and profanity. Direct or indirect personal attacks are strictly not permitted. Insults and negative attitudes are not allowed. Saying you don't agree & why, can be done in a good humoured and polite way without causing offence.

All members have the right to their own ideas, beliefs and faiths . Members have the right to express these with equal respect and consideration.

Impersonation: You agree not to impersonate other members or admin staff. Not to create more than one username with the intent to disrupt discussions or deceive members.

Advertising Advertising and promotion of products & services is permitted. If you have a website related to the categories you may try to promote it once. If you have special offers or have added a new service you may post a new article. Excessive promoting is frowned upon and may be removed by admin. Repeated spamming will result in account deletion.

Your Light admin staff can not monitor all postings made by its members and must rely on the members to abide by the rules of their conduct. Should you have an issue with postings which you feel are derogatory to yourself, are defamatory or offensive, then please contact the site admin if online or using the contact page.

Disruptive behaviour: You must not disrupt or interfere with community functions. Disruptive behaviour may include creating a disproportionate number of articles or comments; making statements that are inflammatory; manipulating topics to disrupt conversation; or any behaviour that interferes with conversations or inhibits the ability of others to use and enjoy this website for its intended purposes.

Political Discussions Your Light is a forum for health and healing and spiritual matters. Politics is a subject considered too contentious to be permitted on this site and is therefore not allowed. There are many websites which are Political in nature and we kindly suggest you visit these should you wish to enter into a Political discussion. Thank you.

No repeat posts with the same text should be posted in different categories. They will be removed.
